Winter Sports Information
Paperwork must be submitted no later than the team's preseason meeting.
Paperwork that is emailed will not be accepted.
Paperwork turned in after the dates listed will affect your ability to start your activity on time.

Concussion Baseline Testing :
Basketball, ice hockey, winter cheer (new members only), wrestling (if anyone else would like to have a baseline done, please contact Ms. Hannigan):

Who needs to take it:
A baseline Concussion test is required for any athlete participating in Basketball, Cheerleading, and Wrestling all others are welcome to take the test, please make arrangements with Ms. Hannigan
All 9-12th grade athletes who did not have a test done for the fall season, and any first-time athlete, must take the concussion baseline test. If an athlete took the test in the fall, they do not need to retake it.
Family ID (Arbiter Sports):
All athletes will need to register for their winter sport on Family ID.

Returning Family ID (Arbiter Sports) users:
If you are a returning athlete, you will need to log into your account and register for your sport under Winter 2023-24. Upon successfully registering for your sport, you will receive an email letting you know that you are registered. The Athletic Trainer will also receive an email upon completion of your registration.
New to Family ID (Arbiter Sports):
If you are a new athlete, you will need to create an account, and then log into Family ID with your new account, and then register for your sport under Winter 2023-24. Upon successfully creating an account you will receive an email from Family ID letting you know that you have created your account. Upon successfully registering for your sport, you will receive a second email letting you know you are registered. The Athletic Trainer will also receive an email upon completion of your registration.
