Spring Sports Information
All Paperwork is due after 3/19/2021.
Paperwork turned in after the meeting, is late and will affect the athletes ability to start practice on 4/1/2021. Please try and have all new physicals turned in at the meeting as well. It is understood that insurance companies will not allow a physical with in the 365 day period and exceptions will be made to accommodate those in that situation. All physicals turned in will need to signed off by the school physicians prior to the start of participation.

Who needs to take it:
A baseline concussion test is required for any athlete participating in Baseball, Softball, Boys Lacrosse and Girls Lacrosse, and anyone interested in high jump or pole vault. All others are welcome to take the test, please make arrangements with Mr. Kaiser.
All freshmen, junior athletes and any first time athlete participating in the above named sports, must take the concussion baseline test. If an athlete took the test in the fall or winter, they do not need to retake it.
Family ID:
All athletes will need to register for their spring sport on Family ID.

Returning Family ID users:
If you are a returning athlete, you will need to log into your account and register for your sport under Spring Activities 2020. Upon successfully registering for your sport, you will receive an email letting you know that you are registered. The Athletic Trainer will also receive an email upon completion of your registration.
New to Family ID:
If you are a new athlete, you will need to create an account, and then log into Family ID with your new account and then register for for your sport under Spring Activities 2020. Upon successfully creating an account you will receive an email from Family ID letting you know that you have created your account. Upon successfully registering for your sport, you will receive a second email letting you know that you are registered. The Athletic Trainer will also receive an email upon completion of your registration.
