Fall Practice Starts August 10th 
 
August 24th to 28th  Practice is at 6:30 p.m.  Meet behind the High School unless otherwise notified 
 
 
Comfortable running clothes and running shoes -  Bring a Water Bottle 
The complete schedule will be available  - at practice  
You must be medically cleared and have paperwork complete including Family ID to be eligible to practice
 
ATTENTION!!!!
 
You need to have a physical from the doctor in order to participate!  If you did not go to the free physical, you will need to schedule a physical with your own doctor over the summer and YOU MUST have him/her complete the appropriate forms (you can download them from the Athletic Dept website). After completing the appropriate forms, please turn in the forms to our athletic trainer, Mr. Kurt Kaiser.  No participation without a physical, NO EXCEPTIONS!

Note:  You must be in attendance 3 FULL CLASSES in order to practice/compete.  Also, you must participate in P.E. class that day (if applicable) in order to practice/compete.  At all times, you must be passing at least 6 of your 8 classes in order to be eligible as part of the Cross Country Team.  If you do not pass 6/8 of your classes in the spring, you will be required to attend summer school in order to be eligible for the fall season.

Also: I expect everyone to be present at EVERY RACE.  If you cannot attend any of these races, you must let me know.
