Environmental Science - An Introduction

The study of environmental processes and the balance of nature is arguably one of the most important academic challenges of our time. 

 

In the last five hundred million years there have been five mass extinction of species (both plants and animals).

 

Many of our daily routines have serious environmental consequences. 

 

As we move forward, students will engage in critical thinking activities that will equip them with the ability to quantify, analyse and interpret environmental change. They will also have the confidence to share that knowledge, and influence peers in the choices they make. Together, building on that skill set, help conserve resources and protect the environment.
