-Chorale (auditioned), meets Monday nights from 6:00-7:15 PM
-The 908's (auditioned), meets Monday nights from 7:15-8:15 PM
-Tenor Bass Ensemble (Thursday Flex Lunch 2)
2025-2026 Chorale and 908s Auditions will be held on Monday, September 15. Audition requirements and sign ups will be posted on the choir room door.
2025-2026 Concert Dates:
-Winter Concert: Tuesday, December 16, 2025 at 6 pm
-District Choir Concert: Tuesday, March 17, 2026
-Spring Concert: Tuesday, May 12, 2026 at 6 pm
About the HHS Choral Ensembles:
Concert Choir is a curricular class that meets in your daily class rotation. No previous singing or choral experience is required! See your guidance counselor if you would like to have Concert Choir placed in your schedule.
Chamber Choir is an advanced curricular choir that meets in your daily class rotation. In order to take Chamber Choir, you must have one year of experience singing in Concert Choir, and be placed in the choir through an audition. See Ms. Gurcan for more information.
Chorale is an auditioned treble ensemble that meets Monday nights. Placement into Chorale is by an audition that takes place at the start of each school year. See Ms. Gurcan for audition information.
The 908s are an auditioned a cappella ensemble that meet Monday nights. Placement into 908s is by an audition that takes place at the start of each school year. See Ms. Gurcan for audition information.
Tenor Bass Ensemble is a non-auditioned, non-curricular ensemble that meets every Thursday during the second half of flex lunch. This ensemble requires no previous singing experience; simply come, sing, and have fun! Tenor Bass will perform at the Winter and Spring Concerts.
