Fundraiser Approval Process

Fundraising Approval Process

Booster Clubs and Co-Curricular Clubs may need to get approval for fundraisers to ensure that their activities align with the overall goals and regulations of the Hackettstown School District. This approval process helps maintain transparency and accountability, ensuring that the funds raised are used appropriately and benefit the intended programs. It also helps prevent conflicts of interest and duplication of efforts, as multiple groups may be planning similar activities. Lastly, it fosters a collaborative environment where the administration and booster club/co-curricular club can work together towards common objectives, maximizing the impact of their fundraising efforts.
