Hello, and welcome to my teacher webpage!

My name is Melissa Mandas and I am honored to be teaching special education here at Hackettstown High School. I work with students in Math, English, History, Science, Life Skills I, and Life Skills II.

My teaching approach is rooted in differentiated instruction, ensuring that each student receives the personalized support they need to learn, grow, and thrive.

I also incorporate a multisensory approach and multiple intelligences to engage every learner, meeting them where they are and guiding them to success not only in the classroom but also in the community and beyond.

I look forward to an exciting and productive year working together!
