Calculators at Hackettstown High School

Hackettstown High School requires Texas Instruments Graphing Calculators.  We suggest the TI-84 family of calculators because of the fraction capability offered on this model.  A TI-83 can also be used but it does not have as many features.  A graphing calculator is required for all math classes.  We do have a limited supply of calculators that can be signed out for the school year on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

We do not suggest the purchase of Casio graphing calculators since instruction will be given on how to use the features on the Texas Instruments calculators and the keystrokes are not the same on the two different brands.
